Side Panels
Alright now this was a tough one. My first idea was to make two all-acrylic sides which where rounded at the same diameter as the front and back panels, but without proper tools this turned out to be
a lot harder than I first thought.

I actually scrapped this idea later on, but it could be of some interest to those thinking of doing something similar. I started off with a piece of 3mm normal transparent acrylic and basically I used a pair of clamps and some pieces of a wooden pole to bend the acrylic around the corners.

The problem was, when I tried to bend one of them a bit more to get the shape, they either didn't turn out entirely uniform or snapped completely. After that I decided to just scrap the sides completely and redo them. Without the proper tools it was really hard to get the bends perfect. Instead I made the corners from 1mm aluminum.

As you can see I've also mounted the OC-Station in the case. I did this before I changed the sides: I just cut a hole in the front panel and made some mounting brackets for it. Simple, job done!
